Dear Residents,
In response to the uncertainty we are all facing, we want you to know that we are with you. As a small family owned and operated business, we share the burden of the communities we live and serve in and are sure we will get through any difficulties ahead if we do it together. There are a few things we want you to know:
· We are with you. First, our hearts go out to all who have been or will be financially impacted by the precautions our local, state and federal governments are taking.
· We, too, are taking precautions. Currently our maintenance staff is working in unoccupied homes and on emergency maintenance only.
· You are encouraged to make electronic payments. If you need instructions on how to do so, please contact us by phone, through our website or via email using the contact information below.
· We are aware some of you will face financial uncertainty. Please contact us as soon as possible prior to payment due date if you will have trouble making any payment on time. Early communication will help us both navigate the problem together.
