Did you know that we’ve expanded our payment options to include online payments?  If you haven’t already, you can register your account through the link on our website. There’s even an app for that! Our service provider is PayLease, and their app is available for both iPhone and Android users. You will have the ability to make one-time payments, set up an automatic payment and even set payment alerts so that you never have to pay a late fee again!

We would be happy to walk you through the account registration process if you’d like or answer any of your questions. Please call the office if we can help you in any way.

Parking Reminders

There have been some recent parking frustrations both from management and residents, so we wanted to take this opportunity to remind everyone of the parking expectations. All rules are in place to keep the communities looking great and residents safe. The following rules are simplified. Please review the full version attached.
¨ Only one vehicle per household is allowed to be parked in the street.
¨ Obey all parking and speed limit signs.
¨ Trailers will be considered on a case by case basis, but must be approved prior to parking.
¨ No inoperable, non-tagged vehicles or vehicles with expired tags anywhere in the community.
¨ No trucks licensed for more than 12,000# GVW.
¨ Absolutely no parking in the grass!

Winter Check Up

Cold weather always seems to sneak up on us when it comes to having our homes ready for the winter season. Taking a little time to check through this list can save you headaches and your budget.
¨ Make sure water is in the water line before plugging in heat tape.
¨ Make sure the water line heat tape is plugged in and is warm to the touch.
¨ Make sure you have an insulated water box.
¨ Call us if you would like to schedule a winter check up.
¨ Don’t let the faucets in your home drip. This can cause a costly sewer back up.
¨ Don’t lay your heat tape on the ground or in the elements. This limits the life expectancy.
¨ Don’t put heat tape on your sewer line. This is a high fire risk.
¨ We’ve featured a video on our Facebook page that demonstrates how to check your water box and heat tape. Check it out!
NOTE: Service calls are $50, plus $25/hour and material costs. A new installed heat tape costs about $150. A new installed water box costs $75.
